This page explains what information Flowmind Lab Vault collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@flowmindlabvault.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
